We are looking for a skilled Virtual Productivity Coach to support agents in navigating systems, managing their time, and optimizing their performance. The Role As a Virtual Productivity Coach, you will serve as a trusted partner to individual agents (and occasionally small teams), helping them work smarter, not harder. You’ll provide guidance, strategies, and hands-on support to ensure agents are using their tools effectively and staying focused on high-impact activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct 1:1 and occasional team coaching sessions to improve productivity and workflow efficiency. Assess agents’ current processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Help agents navigate and utilize real estate systems, CRMs, and productivity tools. Provide actionable strategies for time management, task prioritization, and goal achievement. Track progress, provide feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure measurable results. Support agents in creating routines and habits that drive consistent business growth. Develop short guides, templates, or mini-training sessions as needed to improve system adoption. Qualifications Mid-level professional with strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with real estate systems and CRMs is a strong plus. Excellent communication and coaching skills with a patient, supportive style. Comfortable working virtually and managing schedules independently.
