Role Overview Join our client's team as a Customer Service Agent and be a crucial part of delivering top-notch customer support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls by either forwarding relevant calls or addressing inquiries directly. Manage inbound social media communications to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction. Utilize the company's booking system as needed to assist customers with reservations and inquiries. Send follow-up text messages during or after phone calls to provide additional information or confirm details. Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in handling phone inquiries and resolving issues. Demonstrated ability to think logically and apply common sense in problem-solving scenarios. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and navigating software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when needed.
