Calgary Home Physiotherapy is looking for a reliable Virtual Receptionist to join our team to help deliver mobile, expert care to Calgarians.
The ideal candidate is experienced in customer service and attentive to detail, competent in computer function, and has basic knowledge in medical terminology. A computer and phone with internet connectivity are required for this position.
You will be working as a contractor. Compensation is a monthly rate of $400 with a target volume of 60 calls per month, plus a bonus for each booking made. This position is a great fit for someone looking to work casually from home. The estimated actual work time is 5 hours a week, but you must be reasonably able and ready to answer calls during daytime hours.
