You'll be the friendly, professional voice (and keyboard) that greets clients, routes inquiries, and keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives on making other people's days easier. No fancy degree required — just good communication, reliability, and a professional attitude. RESPONSIBILITIES Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails on behalf of NoGigiddy and partner clients in a courteous, professional manner Screen and route inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and send confirmation communications Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up on all open items Maintain a virtual front desk presence during designated business hours Update contact records and intake forms using our CRM tools Handle a high volume of communications efficiently without sacrificing warmth or accuracy REQUIREMENTS No degree required Prior customer-facing experience is a plus but not required Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across channels Comfortable with basic scheduling software, Google Workspace, or similar tools Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset or microphone Dependable — being on time and available during scheduled hours is non-negotiable BENEFITS Hourly pay of $15–$19/hr Fully remote position — no commute, ever Consistent schedule with set hours so you can plan your life Paid onboarding and training on all tools and systems Growth path into operations coordination and team lead roles Access to NoGigiddy's exclusive gig and earning opportunity network Equal Opportunity Employer.
