JOB DESCRIPTION
The Phone Answering Service (TPAS) provides virtual receptionist services to a broad portfolio of customers across varies business sectors. These services include Receptionist, Call Answering, Appointment Booking and Administration. We are currently recruiting for full-time virtual receptionist.
Full Training provided.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· First-point of contact for customers, ensuring they are greeted in a professional and friendly manner
· Handle and manage a high volume of calls and queries
· Appointment booking using a variety of cloud based software
· Outbound calling
· Creating Helpdesk Tickets, admin campaigns
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Essential Requirements:
· A self-starter with the ability to gain new skills quickly
· The ability to multi-task and work on own initiative in a busy fast-paced environment
· Sound technical aptitude, computer literacy and data entry skills with great attention to detail – perfect accuracy is required
· Excellent communication skills - Fluent English (both written and verbal) is essential
· Availability to work between 8:30 and 19:00, and occasional 9:00 to 15:00 Saturday shifts.
· Call handling, receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
· Fast internet is essential.
Fully Remote, all equipment will be supplied.
