Virtual Receptionist – Work From Home $35.58/hour + super | ASAP start | 3-month contract + extensions Looking to put your communication and organisational skills to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Our client is on the lookout for a Virtual Receptionist to handle high-volume inbound calls, manage customer requests, and provide seamless support across the business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, works autonomously, loves problem-solving, and can deliver exceptional customer service while working remotely. About the Role Role Title: Virtual Receptionist Location: Work From Home (must have your own laptop, headset & reliable WiFi) Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend) Hours: Rostering across Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm (working 37.5 hrs each week) Pay Rate: $35.58/hour + super Key Responsibilities Manage approx. 150 inbound calls per day through a call queue. Triage and transfer customer enquiries to the appropriate departments. Conduct follow-up emails and outbound calls as required. Complete general administrative support tasks. Use systems including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Genesys effectively. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a call centre, reception, or customer service role. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Tech-savvy and confident with multiple systems.
