  We are looking for telephone sales reps (experience an asset but not necessary) to join our growing team! Sales Reps that possess communication & people skills, who are confident they can sell a lot of lawn care! You will also receive customer service, sales & agronomic training

What’s expected of me as a Telephone Sales Associate?

• Perform lawn care sales calls
• Remote Representatives follow up and reach out to hot/warm leads generated by our Marketing/Door knocking crews.
• Sell enhancements to existing programs
• Provide great customer service
• Meet daily and weekly goals
• Strong personal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Outbound calling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
