Virtual Sales & Client Onboarding Representative About the Role: Nuvant is hiring Virtual Sales & Client Onboarding Representatives to help new and prospective clients explore financial solutions that align with their personal or business goals. In this role, you’ll serve as a key first point of contact to introduce our services and guiding clients toward the next step. Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients Engage in conversations to discover client needs and goals Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right team members Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our CRM system Qualifications High school diploma or college degree preferred Professional, friendly communicator who thrives in a client-facing environment Organized and comfortable working in a work from home setting A people-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing role a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses and incentives.
