Australian Christian College (ACC) is a non-denominational, Christian Education organisation, whose mission is to develop each and every student to be equipped spiritually, academically, socially and physically to flourish into their full potential, and be a positive influence on the world around them. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Christian school administrator to join our team ACC Victoria Online team on a permanent, full time basis. If you are adaptable and able to thrive in a variety of environments, have excellent people skills and the ability to learn technological platforms quickly, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. As a permanent staff member at ACC Victoria Online, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of students across the state who need to study remotely. SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the ACC Victoria Online office and associated protocols.
• Be the first point of contact for phone, email, onsite staff and visitors.
• Triage questions and enquiries from the parent body and wider community.
• Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure the smooth running of application process from the point of initial inquiry
• Support ACC Victoria Online with administrative tasks and communication as required.
• Support staff with the running of events and the booking of meetings as required
• Maintain accurate attendance records in line with legislative and ACC requirements

COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Provide a child safe environment in accordance with the child safe standards;
• Participate in child safety and wellbeing induction and training provided by the school and always follow the school’s child safety and wellbeing policies and procedures;
• Act in accordance with our Child Safety Code of Conduct;
• Identify and raise concerns about child safety issues in accordance with our Child Safety Responding and Reporting Obligations Policy and Procedures, including following the Four Critical Actions for Schools;
• Model and promote the vision and values of the school;
• Maintain records of class attendance and recording student progress;
• Implement effective student management consistent with the school’s strategic plan;
• Attend and participate in staff meetings as required;
• Be actively involved in regular staff devotions and prayer.
