Job Description Operate and further develop our big and complex Virtual Servers Environment for EMEA and APAC based on Nutanix, Be part of our global 3rd level team (Poland, Germany, Brazil, USA), Work with Nutanix AHV and AOS, Troubleshooting complex issues and include the vendor support if needed, Provide subject matter expertise for the team, our internal customers and projects, Consult the customers which have special requests, Support the team on various operation activities like lifecycle or capacity management, Further improve our environment (e.g. improve capacity management). Qualifications Technical knowledge in Nutanix advantageous, but we also welcome vmware admins which are open to learn something new, Proven analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities, Fluent in English (written and spoken), Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment, Team orientated, willing to share knowledge and collaborate with peers. Able to work within the regional and global departmentalized support teams, Nutanix or vmware certification advantageous.
