Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Virtual Service Nursing Team Leader within our Ramsay Home Health Virtual Service. This is 12-month full-time fixed term leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing both the operational and clinical aspects of our virtual care delivery. In this position, you will lead a high-performing team that is dedicated to providing care tailored to each customer’s unique needs and risks, ensuring optimal outcomes.

AS PART OF THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Provide operational and clinical leadership to a dynamic team
  • Champion a culture of excellence in clinical care and customer service
  • Foster strong integration with other healthcare teams and services
  • Lead the implementation and roll-out of new digital and clinical initiatives
  • Carry a 0.6FTE caseload managing and supporting heart failure customers
