We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Visa Application Processor to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa and immigration applications, while ensuring compliance with the latest immigration laws, program requirements, and internal processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in immigration case processing (LMIA/work permits preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Canadian immigration documentation and process flows.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and CRM or case management software.
  • Diploma in Immigration Consultant program (ICCRC or CAPIC affiliated) is an asset but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process applications for work permits, LMIA, study permits, visitor visas, PR pathways, and sponsorships.
  • Review client documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency based on immigration program requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRCC procedures, program streams, and document checklists.
  • Communicate with clients to collect missing information or clarification in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track file progress, maintain organized records, and update internal CRM systems.
  • Ensure all applications are submitted within deadlines and with full accuracy to minimize risk of refusal.
  • Liaise with regulated immigration consultants and legal advisors for file review and quality control.
  • Support post-submission requirements including follow-up letters, withdrawal requests, or submission of additional documents.
