Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end visa application processes for different destinationsAdvise clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures

Review and verify application documents for accuracy and complianceCoordinate with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities

Follow up with clients regarding application status and updates

Maintain records and ensure timely processingProvide excellent customer service and travel support

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Visa Consultant or in travel & tourism

Strong knowledge of international visa procedures and documentation

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications

Experience using visa portals and travel systems is an advantage

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
