What You’ll Do:
Advise clients on visa options, requirements, and timelines
Review and prepare documentation for applications
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government authorities
Keep up-to-date with the latest immigration policies and procedures
Support clients from application to approval with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration, or travel consultancy
Strong knowledge of visa and immigration laws
Excellent communication & documentation skills
Detail-oriented and client-focused mindset
Knowledge in Smart Channel is a plus!
