We are currently looking for Staff who have strong communication skills and are comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds. Ideal candidates will have minimum 2 years previous experience working in immigration sales or Case Filling Officer, as this background will help them understand the needs of our clients and effectively assist them. Our office starts operations from September 1, 2025 onwards at Business Bay Dubai.
Basic Monthly Salary: 6,500 – 10,000 AED, plus attractive incentives and opportunities for international travel.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview at 2905 Al Manara Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
This role involves providing information about visas, government policies, and procedures to applicants. Additionally, it is important to ensure all information given is as accurate as possible to help facilitate the visa approval process.
Visa Counselor Responsibilities Include
· Providing guidance and information to applicants regarding the visa application process.
· Understanding the requirements for various visa categories.
· Organizing and managing all relevant documents and paperwork.
· Responding to inquiries and offering support on visa-related matters.
· Performing administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
· Staying updated on current immigration policies.
· Maintaining an accurate and organized filing system.
· Updating visa records in the system as needed.
· Ensuring that clients comply with the terms and conditions of their visas.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont
