Role Description The Immigration Consultant will provide guidance to clients on immigration procedures, documentation, and eligibility requirements for various countries, with a primary focus on Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this full-time, on-site role, the consultant will assess individual and corporate cases, advise on suitable visa options, and ensure applications comply with current immigration laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing application forms, collecting and organizing supporting documents, maintaining accurate case files, and tracking application progress. The consultant will liaise with clients, authorities, and partner organizations, respond to inquiries, and keep clients informed of timelines, requirements, and policy updates. The role also involves staying up to date with global immigration trends, contributing to internal process improvements, and supporting colleagues with complex cases when needed.Qualifications Strong understanding of immigration issues and global immigration processes, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant policies.
Experience working with visas and related documentation, including advising clients on appropriate visa categories.
Knowledge of immigration law and regulatory frameworks, with the capacity to explain legal requirements in clear, accessible language.
Consulting skills, including client assessment, solution-focused advice, and professional case management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or HR placement is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field is beneficial.
