Description

We are looking for a Tech Lead within vision and perception to take ownership of the technical direction in ADAS and camera-based systems. In this role, you work at the intersection of technology, product, and customer needs. You are responsible for defining and driving the technical direction in your domain, ensuring that solutions are relevant, feasible, and aligned with market demands. You will collaborate closely with architects, development teams, and product functions. Responsibilities Define and drive technical direction within vision & perception Develop and align technical roadmaps Balance advanced technology choices with product requirements Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Contribute both strategically and hands-on when needed Requirements (Must-have) Several years of experience in software development within ADAS, perception (radar, cameras), or similar Solid understanding of modern technologies in ADAS and software-defined vehicles Experience across the full development lifecycle, including verification and validation Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to different audiences Ability to make technical decisions with product and business impact in mind Nice to have Experience in a technical leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead or Architect) Experience with AI/ML in perception or computer vision Background in the automotive industry or related domains Experience working in cross-functional teams Success in this role looks like You contribute to a clear and relevant technical direction You are comfortable working both on system level and in technical details You bring structure to complex environments You can shift between strategic work and hands-on support You collaborate effectively with both teams and external stakeholders
