A Vision Rehabilitation Specialist, you can make a real difference to a person’s life by changing how the see the world and fulfil tasks that really matter. You will undertake social care assessments in line with current and relevant legislation, particularly the Care Act 2014. This will enable you to identify and provide specialist rehabilitation services to those experiencing significant visual loss adults including daily living skills, orientation and mobility, communication techniques and risk assessments.
