P&J design, manufacture and sell to businesses throughout the UK a range of dust and fume extraction equipment and carry out mandatory statutory LEV testing
We are looking for an organised and motivated full time planner to organise and schedule the site visits of our team of engineers at locations throughout the UK

You will be a strong character and effective team player, accompanied by first rate sales and customer service skills. Have a confident telephone manner, excellent spelling, , good attention to detail and demonstrable ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • You need an excellent knowledge of the location of UK major towns, cities and the road network and be be able to identify which locations can reasonably be attended on the same trip.
  • You must have at least 5 years office experience
  • You must have at least 5 GCSE’s, grade A* - C, including English & Maths
  • Personal Qualities and Attribute
Responsibilities
  • Planning routes and scheduling site visits for test and installation engineers.
  • Confirming test date appointments and site visits with clients
  • Required Experience & Qualifications
    We are seeking someone who has experience of scheduling engineer site visits and liaising with clients by phone and email to confirm visit dates.
