ROLE OVERVIEW

The Visiting Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Antler’s 10-week residency in Toronto, Canada. You will work closely with the Antler in Canada’s team of two Directors and three Partners to create a seamless operational experience for both founders and the Antler team.
This is a paid, 3 month in-person contract role (5 days a week at Antler’s downtown Toronto office), running from September 15 – December 5, 2025. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about startups to gain direct exposure to venture capital and early-stage founder support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily residency operations
• Coordinate residency events, workshops, and speaker sessions
• Assist with founder onboarding and provide ongoing support
• Capture and summarize insights from founder meetings and workshops
• Track residency activities, outcomes, and feedback for reporting
• Manage logistics and provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborate with the Antler team to continuously improve the founder experience
