Mission Integral was founded in October 2024 and is already one of the fastest-growing startups in Germany. We're building the leading AI-native platform for accounting, payroll, and tax for European SMEs, and we're looking for the sharpest people to help us get there. As our Founder's Associate Intern, you'll work directly alongside the CEO & Co-Founder and the Growth Team, inside the engine room of a company that moves fast and builds with intense momentum. This is not a structured graduate program. You'll be given the keys to the driver's seat, trusted early, and expected to deliver. This role is full-time in Berlin, office-based, starting immediately for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
