About Peec AI Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, companies need new ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where the next growth opportunities lie. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape. About the role We’re looking for a Visiting Marketing Associate to join our growth team and help drive awareness and adoption of Peec AI. In this role, you’ll support marketing campaigns, create content that educates marketers about AI search, and contribute to growth experiments across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Growth to turn ideas into live campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously improve how we attract and activate new users. This role is ideal for someone curious about marketing, AI, and startups who wants hands-on experience building a modern go-to-market engine. What you’ll do Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of Peec AI’s analytics products Create and repurpose content, from blog posts and social copy to videos and newsletters, that educates and inspires marketers about AI search Assist in growth experiments across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels, learning how to identify and scale what works Help optimize onboarding and activation flows to convert signups into engaged users Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Growth to bring creative ideas from concept to live launch Analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and propose improvements What we’re looking for Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Proven experience through 1–2 internships or roles at a top-tier startup, globally recognized brand, or elite marketing agency, demonstrating high ownership, initiative, and a bias for action. Strong creative instincts with an analytical mindset — you can tell stories, but also love to measure impact Excellent written and verbal communication skills Curiosity about AI, marketing, and how products grow in the new search and discovery landscape Low-ego team player who’s easy to work with and doesn’t shy away from rolling up their sleeves for operational tasks Bonus Points Experience with SEO, analytics, or marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Webflow, Framer, Notion, Figma, or n8n) Exposure to growth marketing, experimentation, or funnel analytics A side project, creative channel, or community that shows initiative and curiosity Interest in AI search, generative marketing, or the future of content and discovery What we offer A rolling internship program with flexible start dates (beginning January, minimum 3-month duration) A hands-on internship with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups The chance to work directly with the founders and growth team and learn how to build a go-to-market engine from scratch Regular team events and off-sites Paid Meal & Uber rides when working late The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin
