Keystone Brewing Group are looking for 3 part time Front of House Team Members to work in their Visitor Centre at Black Sheep Brewery in Masham, North Yorkshire.

JOB SUMMARY

• Answering questions about menu items, ingredients and pricing
• Taking customers’ orders for food and drink
• Preparing drinks and serving them to customers
• Taking food from the kitchen and presenting them to the customer
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with their meals and the overall experience
• Remove used dishes, glasses and flatware from tables
• Prepare bills and deliver them to customers
• Process cash and credit card payments
• Set tables ready for the next guests
• Maintain familiarity with menu items, specials and restaurant information
