Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Deliver high-quality general office and front-facing support services
  • Issue and manage staff ID badges, parking permits, and travel documentation
  • Assist with the secure handling of cash and patient belongings
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Liaise with internal departments and external contractors professionally and efficiently
