THE ROLE

Key responsibilities undertaken by the Visitor Services Officer – Maldon include:

• Coordinate the daily operation of the Maldon Visitor Information Centre.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and presentation.
• Supervise and support volunteer team - including recruitment, training and rostering.
• Develop collaborative relationships with local tourism businesses and other industry groups.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Successful experience working in tourism or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with volunteers.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Availability to work three days per week across a seven day operational week
