Job Title: Visitor Services Representative Part Time
Role: The Alberta Aviation Museum is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team. The Visitor Services Representative is primarily responsible for the administration and financial aspect of Front-of-House reception and the gift shop. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, greet visitors, answer phones, monitor the gift shop; and provide support for all community and special events, and programs. This position is part time with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently.
· Current first aid, CPR and AED Level C certification is considered an asset.
Reports to: Visitor Service Coordinator
Wage: $17.00/hour
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
Position: Part Time Temporary, could lead to permanent part time
