VISITOR SERVICES SUPERVISOR

Lyme Regis Museum
This is an opportunity to join the friendly team at our iconic museum set on the seafront in Lyme Regis.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and experience of working in a heritage or retail/hospitality environment.
The role includes supervising visitor services in our busy museum, key holding and security, supervision of volunteers, retail and till operations. You’ll work with colleagues and volunteers to deliver an excellent visitor experience as well as support our retail and famous fossil walks.
This post is offered on a casual hours basis and includes weekend, evening and school holiday working.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.95-£14.95 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
