We are looking for a Visitor Welcome and Retail Supervisor to join our team. The role is full time and permanent. You’ll be working 36 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for an excellent communicator, with strong customer service skills. You will work with the site management team to ensure that Brodsworth Hall and Gardens is operated to English Heritage standards.
As Visitor Welcome and Retail Supervisor , you will lead the site team to achieve their Retail and Membership sales targets.
You will lead your team to deliver an inspirational visitor welcome and experience, through high standards of presentation and customer service.
You will deliver and drive a high standard of visual merchandising.
You will be an ambassador for English Heritage membership and champion the recruitment and retention of members.
To be considered as a Visor Welcome and Retail Supervisor , you’ll need:
Excellent Communication with String customer service skills
Analytical and numerate with the ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately
Confident using basic technology such as Epos till systems, Excel and Word
