We are looking for a Visual Arts Teacher for an International school located in Guangzhou. This position is available from February 2026. Job Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Visual Arts lessons within the IB PYP framework, integrating key concepts, ATL skills, and the Learner Profile. Connect Visual Arts to transdisciplinary Units of Inquiry; design age-appropriate projects that build techniques, creativity, and reflection. Use formative and summative assessments aligned to school/PYP expectations; curate student art portfolios and displays/exhibitions. Teach safe, responsible use of tools and materials; manage inventory and classroom routines effectively. Differentiate for diverse learners, including EAL/SEN, and integrate appropriate digital art/media. Collaborate with homeroom teachers and specialists on unit planning, events, and whole-school arts initiatives. Communicate progress and next steps to students and parents through reports, conferences, and agreed channels. Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field Two or more years of primary/elementary Visual Arts teaching experience IB PYP experience preferred; familiarity with transdisciplinary planning and inquiry-based learning Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Relocation allowance of 2,000 RMB Annual flight allowance of up to 10,000 RMB Work Visa provided Summer and winter holidays National holidays Medical insurance Lunch and shuttle bus provided by the school Laptop provided by the school
