Fetcherr is an AI-driven company specializing in deep learning, algorithmic trading, and large-scale data solutions. Our core technology, the Large Market Model (LMM), enables accurate demand forecasting and real-time, data-driven decision-making. Originally focused on the airline industry, Fetcherr is expanding its AI solutions across additional industries. We are looking for a reliable and thoughtful Visual Communication Designer to support our Art Director in creating presentations and content-driven visual materials for a complex B2B / tech product. This role focuses on clarity, structure and professional execution. You’ll work with information-heavy materials and help turn raw or imperfect input into clean, well-structured and polished outputs that can be confidently shared internally and externally. What you’ll do Design and structure presentations and decks (sales, product, internal, investor) Work with text-heavy and sometimes unstructured content Build clear information hierarchy and logical flow Bring materials to a polished, professional state (spacing, alignment, consistency) Suggest improvements to layout and structure when needed Support other content-driven visual materials (one-pagers, documents, internal communications) Work with charts, tables, and data-heavy slides to make information clear and readable Collaborate closely with the Art Director and work within established direction and guidelines Iterate based on feedback and improve materials efficiently Take ownership of delivering materials in a truly ready-to-share state, without requiring extensive revisions Requirements 3+ years of experience in visual, presentation, communication or brand design Strong ability to work with content, not only visuals Structured way of thinking and attention to detail High level of care and accuracy in execution Ability to independently bring work to a “ready to send” state Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating without defensiveness Able to work calmly with changing inputs and priorities Designers with a background in UX or experience working with complex information are very welcome. Nice to have Experience with B2B, SaaS or tech products Experience designing presentations or documents for business teams Comfortable using AI tools to support everyday design tasks (e.g. ideation, asset preparation, quality checks) Ability to simplify complex or abstract topics Tools Figma Google Slides or PowerPoint — confident, production-level use Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Motion / video tools (After Effects or Premiere Pro) — nice to have Basic experience with print materials — nice to have Familiarity with AI tools for everyday design tasks — a plus What this role is NOT To set clear expectations: This is not a UI/UX or product interface design role This is not a social media or performance marketing design role This is not a senior or art director position The core of this role is presentations and content-driven visual communication, with a strong focus on clarity and execution quality. Portfolio requirements Please include examples of presentations, decks or document-based work. Portfolios focused purely on logos or standalone brand identities are less relevant for this role.
