Job Description: Visual/Communication Designer & UI/UX Designer Location:Hyderabad Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days a week) Joining: Immediate – 15 Days Role Overview We are looking to hire a Visual/Communication Designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing social media creatives, visual content, and familiarity with GenAI tools. Experience in video editing will be considered an added advantage. Additionally, we are seeking a UI/UX Designer/Product Designer with 2–3 years of experience in user-centric design, wireframing, prototyping, and product design workflows. Key Responsibilities Visual/Communication Designer: Create high-quality social media assets, marketing visuals, and brand communication materials. Use GenAI tools to develop creative concepts and visual outputs. Develop engaging visual content across digital platforms. Support video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia asset creation. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency. UI/UX Designer / Product Designer: Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for web and mobile applications. Work closely with the development team to ensure design feasibility. Contribute to product ideation, design systems, and end-to-end user experience. Ensure consistency in visual language and interaction patterns. Required Skills & Experience For Visual/Communication Designer: 2+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and similar tools. Experience with GenAI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly etc.). Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred). Strong visual communication and branding understanding. For UI/UX/Product Designer: 2–3 years of UI/UX or product design experience. Strong expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Good understanding of design systems, UX principles, and usability best practices. General Requirements: Strong communication skills (mandatory). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Visual/Communication Designer will create high-quality social media assets and marketing visuals while utilizing GenAI tools. The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research and design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
