We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Creative Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Creative Design Specialist at CEM Resorts, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and engaging content that reflects the essence of our brand across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative designs for posters, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials for CEM Resorts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually captivating designs for print and digital media, including brochures, banners, advertisements, social media posts, website graphics, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs are consistent with the resort’s branding guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure that our resort’s promotional materials are cutting-edge and effective.
• Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring all work is completed within deadlines.
• Work closely with the Resort Manager to ensure that all designs accurately reflect the resort’s offerings and are in line with its overall vision.
• Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality designs for print and digital media.

Requirements:

• A degree in graphic design or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a hospitality or tourism-related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure
