We are seeking a versatile Visual Content Specialist to join our creative team. This multi-faceted role focuses on photography with a solid foundation in graphic design and project coordination to support our toy brand marketing and event needs. The ideal candidate will have experience photographing and editing high-quality images, designing eye-catching graphics, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across hybrid and in-office environments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, or photography.
· Proven experience in product photography and photo editing
· Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless body cameras, studio & location lighting, and tethered shooting workflows
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
· Excellent communication skills for coordinating with both in-office and remote teams

PREFERRED SKILLS:

· Experience in toy, game, or retail industry
· Familiarity with trade show planning and planogramming
· Strong creative vision for branding and marketing assets
Location: This is a full-time position in Dyersville, Iowa. This position qualifies for hybrid working with the opportunity to work from home on Mondays and Fridays with Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday as mandatory office days. Candidates must be willing to travel for key projects.

Pay: $44,338.12 - $53,396.44 per year
