Responsibilities

SAP Design is looking for an exceptional Visual Design Senior/Expert to strengthen our Web Design System team during a maternity leave. In this role, you will drive visual design initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality user interfaces across all SAP platforms. Your expertise in design language, design tokens, and system scalability will be instrumental in creating a cohesive and future-ready user experience.

  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality visual language for SAP’s design system across all platforms
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate the design system into the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Maintain and evolve design specifications, guidelines, and tokens, ensuring alignment with accessibility, usability, and branding
  • Craft high-fidelity prototypes and UI animations that communicate interaction, flow, and brand identity.
  • Audit and refine existing patterns for accessibility, responsiveness, and internationalization.
