As we continue to expand our global team, we are looking for a Visual Designer based in Nepal to support our marketing, growth, and brand initiatives through high-quality creative execution. Role Overview The Visual Designer is a hands-on execution role focused on producing clean, modern, and on-brand creative assets across digital, web, and campaign channels. You will work closely with U.S.-based Marketing and Growth teams to support demand generation, content, and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer who is detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with clear creative direction. Key Responsibilities Design & Creative Execution Design visual assets for marketing and growth initiatives, including social media, email, landing pages, presentations, and sales materials. Create and update assets such as one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, ads, and internal visuals. Support light motion or video design needs such as social clips, simple animations, or visual overlays when required. Ensure all creative work aligns with COVU’s brand guidelines, typography, and visual standards. Deliver production-ready files with strong attention to detail and consistency. Brand & Content Support Collaborate with the Marketing team to visually support blogs, newsletters, and content campaigns. Help maintain and organize design systems, templates, and shared asset libraries. Support website updates, page refreshes, and campaign visuals. Adapt and resize creative efficiently for different platforms and formats. Growth & Campaign Support Produce creative assets for paid ads, outbound campaigns, email marketing, and partner materials. Iterate on creative based on performance feedback from the Growth team. Support webinar, event, and field marketing materials including slides, banners, and promotional graphics. AI-Driven Creative Workflow Use AI tools to support ideation, design exploration, and faster execution. Leverage tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar when appropriate. Continuously improve creative workflows to increase speed and output quality. What You Bring 2 to 5 years of experience in visual or graphic design. Strong portfolio showcasing digital and marketing-focused design work. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools. Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction closely. Comfort working with U.S.-based teams across time zones. Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Interest in modern design trends and AI-powered creative tools. Bonus A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field is preferred, though we value a strong portfolio and practical experience above all else. Experience using AI tools to support clean, modern, and production-ready visual designs. Comfortable editing and creating marketing videos, including short-form clips, social content, and basic motion assets. Ability to build websites and landing pages using Wix or other similar drag-and-drop website builders. Key Metrics of Success Quality and consistency of creative output. Compensation Monthly compensation range: $1,000 to $2,000 USD, depending on experience and skill level.
