WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who gets a kick out of making their visions come to life! We will give you the chance to really influence our user experience as you envision it and make a difference in how partners and customers perceive our company. We hope that you would have:

• Experience with cross-platform digital product visual design and user interface design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and showcasing work on digital products.
• A solid experience with building and maintaining a design system in Figma and knowledge of platform specific UI standards (And, iOS, Mac, Win, Web).
• A passionate and ambitious mindset. You are a proactive communicator and a team player who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders i.e., UX designers and developers. You believe in continuous learning & development, and are curious by nature, always working to further develop yourself and your skill set.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Figma AI plugins) for enhanced design workflows.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you have a passion towards creating seamless digital product design that give people peace of mind in their everyday digital moments? Are you ready to shape the look and feel of our products? We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our enthusiastic product design team.
As our Visual Designer, you will play a critical role in defining the visual identity of our products and ensuring a consistent and compelling user experience. While collaborating with in-house designers and developers you will expand and maintain our Figma design system and ensure visual consistency and brand expression. In this exciting role you will work with our security apps that protect users’ everyday digital moments. This is your chance to work with modern and consumer-centric product creation and develop as a professional by working together with our skilled product and service design community!
Your team members are located mostly in Helsinki, where this job is located as well. You can choose whether you work at our Helsinki or Oulu office or at the home office, but we hope you are able to join us at the office for co-work and common gatherings with the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Working closely with i.e., product teams, UX designers and marketing designers in creating world class digital product visual design.
• Building and maintaining F-Secure’s design system in Figma.
