Summary: We are seeking a Visual Designer with 6 months to 2 years of experience in visual or graphic design, including relevant internship or project-based experience. The role requires a strong foundation in graphic design principles and the ability to translate brand direction into clean, modern visual assets across digital platforms. Experience with motion graphics is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is AI-oriented, comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and productivity. Responsibilities: Core Design Responsibilities • Design clean, modern visual assets aligned with established brand guidelines • Create layouts, graphics, and creative content for platforms such as LinkedIn, websites, and email campaigns • Adapt, resize, and optimize creatives for multiple platforms and formats • Maintain consistency in typography, color, layout, and overall visual identity AI-Enabled Design Workflow • Use AI tools for creative ideation, layout exploration, and rapid concept development • Leverage AI to improve efficiency in resizing, adapting designs, and generating design variations • Stay current with emerging AI tools and integrate them into daily workflows Motion Graphics (Nice-to-Have) • Create simple animations, transitions, and motion-based assets • Develop short videos from provided creative direction or raw footage Support fast-turnaround video content for digital and social platforms Qualifications: Must-Have • 6 months to 2 years of experience in visual or graphic design ○ Internship, apprenticeship, or project-based experience is acceptable • Strong foundation in visual design principles including layout, color, typography, and composition • Proficiency with design tools such as: ○ Adobe Creative Suite ○ Figma • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Figma AI, Canva AI, or similar • Ability to manage multiple design tasks while maintaining quality and consistency Nice-to-Have • Experience with motion and video tools such as: ○ Adobe After Effects ○ Premiere Pro ○ CapCut Soft Skills • Strong collaboration and brainstorming mindset • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving brand systems • Highly organized with files, versions, and creative assets • Quick, reliable, and detail-oriented Experience Level Junior-level role: 6 months to 2 years Goken is committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and engaging workplace across all global locations.
