POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Visual Designer (Senior) to join our team in Dubai. This role combines expertise in both graphic design and video editing, with a strong background in 2D & 3D design, branding, packaging, print, digital, and motion graphics.
The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with at least 5 years of professional experience who can bring ideas to life visually, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. This position requires in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and the ability to produce exceptional designs and videos for digital campaigns, websites, and social media.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D, 3D design, branding, print, and digital content.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    Strong English and Arabic speaker.
    Based in Dubai, UAE (this role is on-site only).
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Design and produce creative materials across multiple formats: print, digital, social media, packaging, and branding.
  • Create engaging video content through professional editing and motion graphics.
  • Develop 2D and 3D visuals that align with the company’s branding and campaign goals.
  • Design website banners, product packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, social media, operations, and e-commerce) to deliver impactful designs.
  • Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.
  • Brainstorm and execute fresh creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality output.
  • Support in developing brand identity systems and innovative visual strategies.
  • Take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and professionalism of all delivered designs.
