JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Proven experience with iconography, illustration, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in creating functional specifications and acceptance criteria for design work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take and apply constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio is required to be considered for this role.

  Pay: $45,641.20-$130,000.00 per yea

• Create visually compelling designs, prototypes, and storyboards for digital products and experiences.
• Work with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, and Figma to develop and iterate on designs.
• Translate functional requirements into clear, actionable design deliverables, including writing acceptance criteria.
• Design icons, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance user interfaces and brand consistency.
• Produce rapid prototypes to validate design concepts and support iterative development.
• Follow design direction closely and deliver high-quality work within specified guidelines.
• Provide ongoing design reviews and guidance to technical teams throughout the development cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure designs meet both user needs and business objectives.
• Maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in all design outputs.
