Job Description We are looking for a Visual in Store for our MAX&Co. Flagship Store in London. This role is key to elevating the overall customer experience by ensuring high-impact visual displays that reflect Brand identity, product storytelling, and company standards. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a deep understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to translate brand guidelines into inspiring in-store executions. Key Responsibilities - Executing all visual merchandising activities within the timelines defined by the Visual Merchandising Manager. - Constantly monitoring product performance to evaluate the impact of visual strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. - Providing structured and regular feedback to the Visual Merchandising Manager on store needs, product presentation, customer flow, and visual priorities. - Collaborating with the management team to plan and execute visual events, window changes, and new product launches. - Ensuring a high standard of organization, tidiness, and presentation across all visual areas to enhance the overall store atmosphere. - Maintaining full alignment with Brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints. - Coordinating with stockroom and sales teams to ensure timely availability of products required for visual changes. Qualifications Requirements - Previous experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the fashion or luxury retail industry. - Strong understanding of visual principles, product storytelling, and brand identity. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with managers and store teams. - Creative mindset with an exceptional eye for aesthetics, colour balance, product placement, and detail. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. - Excellent spoken and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus. - Versatility, flexibility, and strong team spirit. -------------- About Max Mara Fashion Group Max Mara Fashion Group is recognized throughout the world as the precursor of modern pret-à-porter fashion.
