About the Role The Account Executive serves as an ambassador for the Visual Matrix brand, focused on delivering solutions, managing client relationships, and expanding our customer base. This role is consultative, relationship-driven, and central to showcasing the value of our software through conversations, demos, and tailored recommendations. Responsibilities Communicate regularly with current and prospective clients via phone and email to understand needs, answer questions, and offer solutions. Maintain and update client records and pipeline activity in Zoho CRM. Provide clear explanations of software features and benefits to prospective clients. Follow established sales processes to consistently achieve high performance. Assist with and deliver software demonstrations to prospective clients. Gather client, market, and competitor insights throughout the sales cycle. Prepare and deliver targeted presentations (virtual or in person), create proposals, and close deals. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and prospects. Required Education, Experience, and Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years in a similar sales or account executive role Hospitality industry experience or knowledge strongly preferred CRM experience (Zoho preferred) Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills Ability to influence decision-making and drive toward outcomes Excellent active listening and communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Strong grasp of user experience and visual design principles Remote Work Environment & Hours Visual Matrix supports a remote work environment. Employees must: Maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace with appropriate privacy and security Be available during standard business hours (Monday–Friday) Travel occasionally for required in-person meetings This is a full-time, exempt role. Salary On-Target Earnings (OTE): Starting at $125,000 (Combination of base salary + variable compensation)
