  • 6 Month Parental Fixed Term opportunity.

As the Visual Merchandise Coordinator, you will help bring the Dan Murphy’s brand to life in store to drive exceptional customer experience, and reinforce our discovery and value propositions.
Working collaboratively across the Marketing, Merchandise and Operations functions, you will build strong relationships across the Dan’ business as well as our creative & print agency partners to ensure the successful delivery of always on value campaigns.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Lead Always On Value POS, including briefing creative & print agencies, trialing and developing concepts/ mock ups for best results, ensuring on time delivery to stores and preparation of all store facing comms packs.
  • Coordination of digital and booked programs in store such as MixIn retail media, Music, Cartology schedules, bookings and supplier activations.
  • Participate in regular store visits to continue to enhance the level of head office support for our store teams.
  • With support of Visual Merchandising & Format Innovation Manager, create world class POS & VM principles ensuring brand guidelines are met throughout all store touchpoints.
  • Deliver on Drink Better For Less, stay true to our brand experience principles.
  • Work closely with the Loyalty, Operations & Merchandise teams, you will support and lead the delivery of My Dan’s in store member offer promotions, aligned with the overarching strategy and framework.
  • Work closely with the Internal Communications team to execute ad hoc brand and service related projects including natural disaster relief programs and other service related comms.
  • Administration tasks including invoicing and updating budget tracker for Visual Merchandising activity.
  • Forge collaborative working relationships with key departments; including the broader Marketing department, Operations, State Managers and Merchandiser team.
  • Continuously leverage data & insights to drive customer-first solutions.
  • Shop the competition and research trends to ensure that Dan Murphy’s is the destination for visual impact.
  • Contribute to post campaign reviews on market performance and internal effectiveness of Always On Value POS.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you:

  • Retail experience on the shop floor & experience with Visual Merchandising.
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a dedicated Marketing & Visual Merchandising environment.
  • Knowledgeable and confident in the world of Liquor, ideally wine.
  • Proven ability to execute end to end campaign for POS.
  • Tertiary qualifications in visual merchandising preferred.
