THE ROLE

As a Cluster Visual Merchandise Manager, you will lead and develop the in-store Visual Merchandising teams across 4 stores spanning the Melbourne CBD (Highpoint, Melbourne Central, Bourke St and Chadstone).

The role is centred around building, coaching and supporting the Visual Merchandisers to uphold a consistent, premium standard across every store and turning great presentation into stronger sales.

• Reporting to the Head of Visual Merchandising (South), you will visit your stores on regular rotation to develop your team, identify commercial priorities, and make sure every store reflects the JD Sports brand at its best
