Job Description Lead weekly walkthroughs of the store in its entirety with Managers and In-store team to plan workload and give clear direction to focus team activity for coming week(s), in line with marketing & comms calendars and Head Office VM instruction Work alongside the floor managers and their teams to ensure brands are merchandised commercially and to their correct identities, the Frasers way, using the Visual Principles, Brand Segmentations and Seasonal Stylefiles supplied by the Head Office VM teams Provides timely feedback to associates, recognising success and positively challenging poor performance Use expertise to coach and develop shop floor teams to improve their confidence and merchandising skills by owning the Visual implementation within the store Create the desire to buy, by consistently delivering exceptional visual standards through the simple, commercial and elevated merchandising of brands, windows, and shop floor display, aligning with Head Office instruction Create seasonal hotspot/trend areas to coincide with Marketing and Visual Comms instruction Be reactive to best-selling and key products in the store and provide feedback to the HO VM Team Hands-on in the setup and documentation of seasonal Model Store across all departments Work closely with Managers to deliver promotions and events which meet deadlines, adhere to Company guidelines and maximise sales Maintain stocks of POS and visual equipment to ensure store can deliver a strong visual message at all times Qualifications KEY BEHAVIOURS REQUIRED Work with integrity and purpose, in a highly professional manner, leading by example at all times Think without limits - willingly take the initiative and consistently go over and above what is required Proactive in planning to achieve targets and objectives which deliver profitable outcomes Be Fearless in challenging and continually ask what more could it be, think without limits and inspire others to do likewise Respect individual’s views and positively contribute to a learning environment in which individuals are supported and encouraged to excel Conduct tasks in a safe and responsible manner Continuously and proactively improve the quality of service we deliver to all our customers, external, internal and business partners SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Visual Merchandising or retail experience in a managerial role Excellent time management skills Ability to work as part of and lead a team Creative, imaginative and have a flair for fashion, whilst being mindful of commerciality and brand identities Strong verbal and written communication skills Fearless attitude, open to new ways of working A can-do attitude, open to new ways of working Additional Information The Rewards Basic salary £33,245 per annum Weekly/Monthly & Quarterly Commercial Bonuses Stocktake Bonuses Commission-led bonuses across a wide range of products Monthly Group Rewards and Recognition Long Service awards Join the Fearless1000 Incentive Scheme, watch THIS video to find out more We offer a wide range of Development Courses with National Qualifications 28 Days Holiday 50% In-Store Uniform Discount Discounted Gym membership Group-wide 20% Discount across all Frasers Group brands
