Al Saad Home- UAE is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. This role is responsible for crafting dynamic visual displays, designing efficient store layouts, and managing seasonal campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and improving sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, experience with both physical and digital merchandising environments, and a passion for maintaining a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Candidates with prior experience in the home products industry are preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Education: Diploma in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• License: Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.
• Retail or Merchandising Background: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, display setup, or visual merchandising, preferably within the home products industry.
• Design Awareness: Familiarity with basic design principles, color coordination, and layout planning.
• Tech & Software Skills: Proficient in basic design tools or software (e.g., Microsoft Office, basic graphic editing) to create or communicate display concepts.
• Communication & Coordination: Strong ability to guide store teams, either in person or remotely, on setting up displays and maintaining visual standards.
• Brand Understanding: Ability to consistently interpret and represent brand identity across all displays.
