Duties
- Create visually appealing displays and layouts to showcase products in retail stores
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to understand product promotions and marketing strategies
- Arrange merchandise and props in an aesthetically pleasing manner to attract customers’ attention
- Ensure that displays are well-maintained and regularly updated to reflect current trends and promotions
- Collaborate with vendors to source materials and props for displays
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor displays
- Use visual design principles to create eye-catching displays that effectively communicate product features and benefits
Experience
- Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to illustrate ideas and concepts visually
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with store teams, vendors, and management
