Description

As a Visual Merchandiser at Interwood Mobel, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that enhance the shopping experience and effectively showcase our wide range of furniture and home decor products. Your role will involve working closely with both the marketing and sales teams to develop innovative merchandising strategies that align with seasonal trends and promotional efforts. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement compelling visual displays in showrooms and windows to attract and engage customers. Regularly assess and update displays to maintain freshness and relevance based on sales trends and inventory. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional layouts that highlight key products and new arrivals. Conduct showroom walkthroughs to ensure that visual merchandising standards are upheld and provide feedback for improvements. Maintain an organized inventory of props and display materials to efficiently support visual merchandising initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within retail or furniture sectors. Skills: Strong design sense with a focus on aesthetics and composition. Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
