SUMMARY

As a Visual Merchandiser at Jaxen Grey, you will assist in creating a compelling and engaging in-store experience. This role is dynamic, shifting daily to align with merchandising priorities, floor support, and inventory needs, ensuring the store meets visual and operational excellence standards. You’ll work closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager and store leadership to execute merchandising directives, support store operations, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a part-time position averaging 22 hours per week at our Galleria location in Edina, MN.

• Ensuring that stores and shelves are stocked with the right types and quantities of products through using our restock report
• Ensures replenishment of the styling floor focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity. This role will also work directly with the Inventory Lead to execute markdowns, re-merchandise (expanding/condensing) sales floor including full-price product and the sale section.
• Executes all weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and Visual Merchandising Manager.
• Trains the team in brand standards and Operation Recovery to all Stylists. They will also work with the management team to make sure these standards are being upheld throughout the day/week and is a team responsibility.
• Identify store/facilities needs and communicate with management and Visual Merchandising Manager.
• Helping customers on the sales floor as needed
