Job Summary To enhance the visual appeal of the store through effective merchandising displays that reflect brand standards, attract customers, and drive sales. The Visual Merchandiser supports the implementation of seasonal layouts, promotional displays, and visual standards. Job Responsibilities 1 Implement window and in-store displays according to the company’s visual guidelines and seasonal themes. Maintain visual standards daily — ensuring mannequins, fixtures, lighting, and signage are consistent with brand identity. Assist in setting up promotional and marketing displays for new collections, sales, and special events. Ensure proper product placement, color coordination, and layout optimization for maximum customer engagement. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of all visual elements. Replace damaged props, signage, and lighting as needed. Conduct regular visual audits to ensure adherence to display standards. Collaborate with the Store Manager and Merchandising Team to plan display changes based on sales trends and stock levels. Provide feedback on customer response to displays to improve future visual strategies. Achieve KPIs that may include compliance with brand visual merchandising standards, timely execution of display changes, positive impact on footfall and conversion rates, and quality and creativity of visual presentations. Job Responsibilities 2 Additional Responsibilities 3 Job Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of fashion or retail trends. Familiarity with visual merchandising tools and props. Basic design and spatial awareness. Good communication and teamwork skills. ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
