We are expanding and are currently looking to fill the role of Visual Merchandiser to work out of our Toronto, Ontario location.
We are looking for an individual that can adapt and grow with our business while demonstrating excellent customer service, sales, dedication and hard work.
Responsibilities: Support management by ensuring compliance to visual directives and company standards. Partner with the management team to build and maintain visual presentation capabilities within the team. Execute merchandising and window directives Daily merchandising, floor set, replenishment, launches, updates, visual execution, loss prevention, low stock inventory control. Merchandise products in the stores by using selling spaces and rotating stock. Create dynamic displays and creative merchandising of the products to enhance visual appeal and store environment. Work closely with, and directly report to Head Visual Merchandiser. Overview of critical duties: Provide Head Visual Merchandiser with visual recaps, photos and feedback Conduct daily walk-through with store management. Responsible for executing any direction and consistency given by CEO or Head Visual Merchandiser maintaining company’s standards. Build and maintain strong relationships. Other duties, as assigned. What you will need! Prior Visual merchandising experience or degree/diploma in visual merchandising program an asset Aptitude for space management and flair for visual merchandising. Hands on experience setting up window and floor displays in a retail environment Excellent communication (verbal and written) Must be motivational, creative and team player. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills Ability to travel within Canada on occasional basis. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Perform frequent standing, walking, as well as bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders
